ANSWERING HIS CALL

Anointed’s “The Call” captures the sacred moment when God’s voice breaks through the noise of daily life. The lyrics echo an eternal truth: every believer is called—not just to believe, but to follow. In a world filled with distractions and competing priorities, this call is easy to miss, but it is never silent. God continually invites His children to step forward in faith, surrendering personal plans for divine purpose. His call is less about ability and more about availability—He equips those He calls.
Throughout Scripture, God’s call often interrupts the ordinary. Moses tended sheep when God spoke from a burning bush. Isaiah encountered the Lord in a vision and responded, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8). Jesus called fishermen by the sea and turned them into fishers of men. Each story reminds believers that God’s call requires trust more than clarity. He rarely reveals the entire path, but He always provides enough light for the next step. To answer His call is to walk by faith, trusting that obedience will bring transformation—not just for us, but for those we influence.
The challenge is not whether God still calls, but whether hearts are still listening. When believers quiet their souls before Him, His direction becomes unmistakable. PRAYER
Lord, open my ears to hear Your voice and my heart to respond in obedience. Give me courage to follow wherever You lead, trusting that Your plan is good and perfect.
